So proud of my man

Will had his annual review today. We had decided he would mention the possibility of working from Parkersburg. His review went great. His leader said he was one of the best homebased employers he had ever encountered and he saw no problem with it. He was strong in all areas they talked about and some areas even better. They want him to work towards his Level 4 programmer status.

I am busy contacting schools in the area. Sad thing is Parkersburg needs an art teacher now. I am hoping that I will look intriguing enough that they will hire someone temporary till next year or God will provide another opening.

We are trying to decide when to look at the house. We have talked with our current mortgage company and determined we need 3% down and our current house on the market to get a loan. We don't know if we should still try to make a quick trip this all or wait till spring break. We would have the money in Spring but do not now. The house is still on the market and even went down $10,000. As long as there is nothing majorly wrong we still really love it and have not found another more suited to us yet.
