Saturday Morning I made the best omelet I had ever made. It didn't fall apart!!!!! And tasted really good. We needed all that energy for a busy day of sorting through stuff from the book shelf and yard work. We spent a good bit of time on Saturday mulching the landscaping and clearing out leaves. It has been very wet here and the back yard has been a swamp.
