All week I had been waiting to try Beignets (Bean-Yays) we finally made it to Cafe Beignet on Saturday morning. We decided to take the morning to get in some of the culture of the city. This restaurant also had a long line. Except some of the people after us were sitting down and holding tables. There were two girls we tried to sit with at first, but they didn't want to share their table with anyone. Finally we ended up sitting with another couple for a while until they were done with their food and left. Beignets are similar to funnel cake only fluffier. Will also wanted Cajun Hashbrowns, which were very good. We then made our way to the French Market.
