Cadillac Ranch

Our trip was not complete without a stop at Cadillac Ranch in Amarillo, TX built by pop artist Stanley Marsh in 1974 in Texas. This is a place were people can spray paint the cars. I had been there four years ago and forgotten the cars were much more coloful this time around. There was also grass and a bunch of cows grazing this time. On the trail to the cars there were spray painted items laying on the ground the only one that was recognizable was a golden banana peel. We later found the 12 stages of the cross in Groom, TX.
