Float Trip

Will had his annual float trip with his Unit at work again. So we headed to St. Joe Arkansas early in the AM to meet up with the team. Jasper went along with us again, we were not sure how he would do since he was quite a bit bigger than last time he went. He loves riding on the bus. He did great in the boat and only tried to jump out once when he saw a blue heron. His natural instincts have really kicked in this year with birds, especially ducks, too bad neither of us are hunters. It was a perfect day for floating not too hot. The only bad thing was all the cotton mouths/water moccasins in the river because of all the rain. At least we did not encounter one too close up. Afterwards we stopped at Ferguson's for a really good homecooked meal.
