Busy Day

We were going to try to celebrate Will's birthday on Saturday evening but I was making him a cheese cake. It had to sit for several hours so would not be ready to consume until after 10pm. We decided to wait until Sunday afternoon and went to a dollar movie that evening instead. I was very excited to make my first cheese cake with the spring form. I made a cherry amaretto cheesecake. It was a big hit.
