Creamy White Chili


1 T. oil
1lb. chicken breast, cooked and cubed
1 onion, chopped 14 oz chicken broth
2- 15oz. cans, great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
2 4oz cans chopped green chiles
1 1/2t. garlic powder
1t. salt
1t. cumin
1/2t. oregano
8 oz. sour cream
1/2pt. whipping cream
10 oz. pkg. corn chips
8 oz. bag shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
(I baked chicken in oven first at 350 Degrees for 20-25 minutes. But have also made it with grilled chicken. Or you can saute with onion until cooked through.) Heat oil on medium and saute onions. Add chicken, beans, broth, chilies, and spices. Simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and add sour cream and whipping cream. Top with corn chips and cheese. Serves 8.
